I explored stylized natural landscapes found in China. China is an extremely diverse country, especially in climate. I wanted to capture the variety of climate found in three different heights of mountain ranges within China, the bottom most being a bamboo forest, and the top most being an ice-scape. I used color to make these paintings more fantastical and bright.
